1. Visit the official UPSC online portal at upsconline.nic.in.
2. Select e-Admit Cards for Various Examinations of UPSC.
3. Click on “Download” adjacent to Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2026.
4. Print the instruction sheet and click “Yes”.
5. Log in with your Registration ID or Roll Number along with Date of Birth.
6. Enter the Captcha code and click Submit.
7. Download and print your e-Admit Card in clear portrait orientation.

• Admit Card & ID Proof: Candidates must carry the printout of the e-Admit Card and original Photo ID proof (number matching the one mentioned in the application).
• Photographs: 2 passport size identical photographs if the photograph on the e-Admit Card is not clear.
• Black Ballpoint Pen: Answers must be darkened on the OMR sheet using Black Ballpoint Pen only.
• Reporting Time: Gates close 30 minutes before each shift. No entry is allowed after gate closure.
• Electronic Gadgets: Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and bluetooth devices are strictly banned.
