UPSSSC Lucknow has released the advance district intimation slip for the UPSSSC Pharmacist (Bheshajik Ayurvedic) Mains Examination 2026. Candidates shortlisted through PET can now log in to the commission’s portal to check their allotted exam city and shift. The full admit card will be released a few days before the examination date.

4. Input your Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, and the Captcha code.
5. Click Download / View District Slip.
6. Note your assigned district and plan travel arrangements accordingly.
