Instructions for Choice-1 Reporting Candidates
- Download your original Admission Order from the KEA candidate portal.
- Carry all original certificates, verification slip, NEET UG scorecard, and identity proof.
- Report physically to the allotted Medical / Dental college before 05 September 2026, 6:00 PM.
- Hand over original documents and obtain an official institutional acknowledgment receipt.
Important: Only the physical college reporting window for Choice-1 fee-paid candidates remains actionable. Unreported seats will be added to the vacancy pool for Round 2.
