DSSSB TGT Maths and PGT Commerce Result 2026 Notices Released

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released result notices for two teaching posts: TGT Mathematics (Post Code 803/24) through Result Notice No. 1655 and PGT Commerce (Post Code 830/24) through Result Notice No. 1657, in early September 2026. How DSSSB Reached This Stage (TGT Maths)

PGT Commerce followed a similar path: written exam, shortlisting for e-dossier, document scrutiny and then the result notice.

How to Download the Result Notices

1. Visit dsssb.delhi.gov.in.
2. Open the “Results” section.
3. Look for Result Notice No. 1655 (TGT Maths, 803/24) or No. 1657 (PGT Commerce, 830/24).
4. Open the PDF and search your roll number.
5. Read the category-wise cut-off table and the notes at the end of the notice.

How to Read a DSSSB Result Notice

• Selected / provisionally selected list: roll numbers of candidates placed against vacancies, often with category.
• Cut-off marks: the marks of the last selected candidate in each category.
• Withheld or provisional cases: candidates whose result depends on further documents or a court case.
• Rejected list: candidates rejected for reasons such as not uploading the e-dossier or not meeting the eligibility.

Selection is always provisional until the department verifies documents and character.

About TGT and PGT Posts in Delhi Government Schools

A Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) teaches Classes 6 to 10 in a subject, and needs a graduation in the relevant subjects along with a B.Ed. and CTET qualification, as given in the advertisement. A Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) teaches Classes 11 and 12 and needs a postgraduate degree in the subject with a B.Ed. Both are Group B posts in the Directorate of Education and carry the pay level shown in the DSSSB advertisement. Because each subject and post code has its own exam, cut-offs and timelines differ from one subject to another, even when the result notices come out on the same day.

What Happens After the Result

DSSSB sends the dossiers of selected candidates to the user departments: the Directorate of Education (and NDMC for TGT Maths). The department checks documents, medical fitness and antecedents and then issues offer of appointment letters. Selected candidates should keep checking the department’s website and their registered email.

If Your Roll Number Is Not There

Compare your marks with the cut-off of your category. Your individual marks are available after login on the OARS portal. DSSSB sometimes publishes supplementary results when selected candidates do not join or are found ineligible, so keep an eye on the results page.
