Documents Checklist for BPSC TRE 4.0

Keep clear scanned copies (PDF, within the size limit shown on the portal) and the originals of these documents:

1. Aadhaar card or another photo identity card
2. Class 10 certificate and marksheet (also used as date of birth proof)
3. Class 12 / Intermediate certificate and marksheet
4. Graduation and, for higher secondary posts, post-graduation marksheets and degree
5. Teacher training qualification: D.El.Ed., B.Ed., B.El.Ed. or other qualification required for your level
6. Eligibility test certificate: CTET, BTET or Bihar STET, as required for the post
7. Bihar domicile (residential) certificate, if you claim reservation
8. Caste certificate (SC, ST, EBC, BC) or EWS certificate in the Bihar Government format, valid on the cut-off date
9. Disability certificate, if applying under the PwBD category
10. Recent photograph and signature as per the portal’s specifications

How the OTR and Application Work

1. Register on the BPSC online portal onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in with your mobile number and email ID (OTP verification).
2. Enter your name, father’s name and date of birth exactly as written on your Class 10 certificate.
3. Upload the photograph and signature in the given size and format.
4. Fill the TRE 4.0 application, choose the level and subject, and pay the fee online.
5. Check every field before final submission and save the PDF of the submitted form.

Common Mistakes That Lead to Rejection

• Name or date of birth not matching the Class 10 certificate
• Caste or EWS certificate issued after the cut-off date or in the wrong format
• Applying for a level without the required training qualification or TET/STET
• Blurred photograph or signature
• Not keeping a printout of the submitted application

What Happens Next

Since the application window has closed, the next steps are the exam date notice, the admit card and then the written exam.
