Portal Verification Live After 12:30 PM: As per MCC Notice Ref. No. 24 issued on 18 September 2026, all Round 2 allotted candidates who reported to their respective medical/dental colleges must log into the MCC portal after 12:30 PM today (19 September 2026) to confirm that their admission letter has been generated online by the allotted institution.

Why Checking Portal Status is Mandatory
Physical document verification at the allotted medical college alone is insufficient to secure your MBBS/BDS seat. Candidates must heed the following guidelines:
- Online Admission Letter Generation: All participating colleges are required to feed candidate verification records into the MCC intramcc portal. If the college has verified your certificates, an official generated Admission Letter will reflect in your candidate dashboard.
- Offline/Handwritten Slips Invalid: MCC explicitly clarifies that any admission granted offline without generation of the letter via intramcc portal will be treated as null and void.
- No Fresh Document Upload: Candidates should note that 19 September is not an open window for uploading missing certificates; all document submissions concluded on 18 September.
How to Check Your Admission Status
- Visit the official MCC counselling portal at mcc.nic.in/ug-medical-counselling/.
- Log in using your NEET UG Roll Number and Password.
- Navigate to the Allotment & Admission Status section.
- Check that your status reflects Admission Confirmed by Institute.
- Download and preserve the computer-generated Admission Letter for future counselling rounds and state quota reconciliation.
