Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Running Events
- Male Candidates: 1500 Meters Race (Running) to be completed within specified qualifying minutes.

- Printed UP Home Guard PET / PST Admit Card.
- Original Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Driving License + 2 Photocopies.
- 4 Recent Passport Size Photographs.
- 10th / Intermediate Marksheet and Passing Certificates.
- Domicile (Niwas) Certificate of Uttar Pradesh.
- Valid Caste Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) if applicable.
