The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the Bihar DElEd Merit list for Round 3 seat allotment for admission to the 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) program for the academic session 2026-28. Candidates can log in with their Roll Number and Date of Birth to download their College Allotment Intimation Letter and complete admission formalities at the assigned government DIETs, CTEs, or private teacher training institutes.

2. Click on D.El.Ed. Joint Entrance Test 2026 – 3rd Selection List / Allotment Letter.
3. Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.
4. Click Login / View Result.
5. Your allotted training college details, cutoff rank, and reporting guidelines will appear.
6. Download and print 2 copies of the Intimation Letter.

Candidates allotted seats in the 3rd list must physically report to the designated training college with original documents and self-attested photocopies.

Failure to complete admission within the prescribed window will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
