Application Fee & Eligibility Criteria
- Application Fee: ₹25/- for all categories (Gen / OBC / EWS / SC / ST / PwD) online processing fee.
- Age Limit: 21 to 40 Years (Age relaxation applicable as per UP Government rules).
- Educational Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) with Science stream AND Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy from a recognized institution registered with the UP State Pharmacy Council.
- Mandatory Scorecard: Valid UPSSSC PET scorecard with positive non-zero marks.
How to Apply Online
- Visit the official portal at upsssc.gov.in.
- Authenticate through your PET Registration Number (either via Personal Details or OTP).
- Fill in the required academic and diploma details.
- Pay the application fee of ₹25/- through the SBI e-Pay gateway.
- Submit and take a printout of the final confirmation receipt.
