Official Schedule Correction: As per the official notification on the MCC UG portal, Round 2 online registration and payment facilities became operational at 1:00 PM on 03 September 2026. Candidates can now log in, deposit the refundable security deposit, and prepare their preference list.

Eligibility & Rules for Round 2
- Fresh Registrants: Eligible candidates who did not register in Round 1 can register afresh by paying the non-refundable registration fee and refundable security deposit.
- Round 1 Candidates Opting for Upgradation: Candidates who joined their Round 1 allotted college and submitted willingness for upgradation do not need to register or pay again, but must submit fresh choices.
- Unallotted Candidates from Round 1: Need not pay registration fee again; choice filling is mandatory.
- Free Exit Candidates: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 who did not report can participate in Round 2 without forfeiting their security deposit.
How to Submit Round 2 Choices Online
- Open the official portal at mcc.nic.in/ug-medical-counselling/.
- Click on Candidate Activity Board – Round 2 Registration.
- Log in using your NEET UG Roll Number and Password.
- Complete fee payment if you are a fresh registrant.
- Select institutes and courses from the available seat matrix in order of preference.
- Save your choices regularly and lock them between 4:00 PM on 8 September and 10:00 AM on 9 September.
Advisory: Candidates should ensure that their security deposit is paid from an active bank account, as refunds will be credited back to the original source account. All dates strictly follow server time.
