Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has invited online applications for CRP Specialist Officers XVI. The updated recruitment includes 1035 Scale-I vacancies for IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer. IT Officer Scale-I

Four-year Engineering or Technology degree in a notified Computer, IT, Electronics or related discipline;
relevant postgraduate qualification; or DOEACC B Level, as specified in the notification.

Agricultural Field Officer Scale-I

Four-year degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science,
Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology or another notified agricultural discipline.

Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale-I

Postgraduate degree in Hindi with English at graduation level, or postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with
Hindi and English at graduation level.

Law Officer Scale-I

Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council.

HR/Personnel Officer Scale-I

Graduation with a full-time two-year postgraduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management,
Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work or Labour Law.

Marketing Officer Scale-I

Graduation with a full-time two-year marketing qualification such as MMS, MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM,
PGPM or PGDM with Marketing specialisation.
