Eligibility & Post-Wise Requirements
- Office Assistant & Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent. Proficiency in the local language of the participating state/RRB is mandatory.
- Officer Scale II (General Banking): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks aggregate and minimum 2 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale II (Specialist): Professional qualifications (IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture) with relevant domain experience.
- Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate and minimum 5 years experience as an officer in a Bank/FI.
- Age Limit: Office Assistant: 18–28 years; Officer Scale-I: 18–30 years; Officer Scale-II: 21–32 years; Officer Scale-III: 21–40 years. Standard category relaxations apply.
Steps to Apply Online
- Visit ibps.in and click on the CRP RRBs XV link on the homepage.
- Select either Apply Online for Office Assistant or Officer Posts (candidates may apply for Office Assistant and one Officer post separately).
- Complete basic registration and upload passport photo, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration.
- Select participating Regional Rural Banks in order of state preference.
- Pay the fee (Rs. 850/- for General/OBC/EWS; Rs. 175/- for SC/ST/PwD) and take a final printout.
Note: The vacancy figure of 13,000+ is indicative. Participating banks will finalize their requisition during the provisional allotment stage. Always review bank-wise language prerequisites.
