- Log in with your existing User ID and Password.
- Complete the practical exam form and verify your clinical training centre data.
- Upload requisite training completion certificate / NOC if applicable.
- Pay the practical examination fee online and save the confirmation page before 14 September (11:55 PM).
Guardrail Note: This reopening is restricted solely to candidates eligible for the practical examination only. Candidates who have already submitted their application successfully need not take any action.
