Short Information:
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has invited online applications for IBPS RRB 2026 under CRP RRBs XV. A total of 13,706 vacancies across participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) in India have been notified for Office Assistant (Clerk), Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale-II (Specialist/General Banking), and Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager). Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply online.

Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 850/-
• SC / ST / PwBD Candidates: Rs. 175/-
• Mode: Online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in local language & working knowledge of computer. (Age: 18 to 28 years).
• Officer Scale-I (AM): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preference to Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, IT, Law). (Age: 18 to 30 years).
• Officer Scale-II (General Banking / Specialist): Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks and 2 years relevant experience. Specialist roles require CA, Law, IT, or MBA. (Age: 21 to 32 years).
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks and minimum 5 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution. (Age: 21 to 40 years).

• Office Assistant: Preliminary Exam (Reasoning + Numerical Ability) + Main Exam. No Interview. Final selection on Mains score.
• Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Exam + Main Exam + Personal Interview. Final merit list on Mains (80%) and Interview (20%).
• Officer Scale-II & III: Single Online Examination + Personal Interview.

2. Click on CRP RRBs on the left navigation bar and select Common Recruitment Process – Regional Rural Banks Phase XV.
3. Click on “Apply Online for Recruitment of Office Assistants” or “Officers (Scale I, II, III)”.
4. Complete new registration and note down your provisional registration number and password.
5. Fill personal, academic, and participating bank preferences.
6. Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration.
7. Pay the application fee and submit the final form.

Q1: Can a candidate apply for both Office Assistant and Officer posts in IBPS RRB?
Ans: Yes, a candidate can apply separately for Office Assistant and for one Officer post (Scale I, II, or III).

Q2: Is there negative marking in IBPS RRB exams?
Ans: Yes, 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer in both Prelims and Mains.

Q3: Is knowledge of the local language mandatory?
Ans: Yes, candidates must possess proficiency in the official local language of the State/UT of the RRB applied for.
