- Matriculation (10th) Certificate for Date of Birth verification.
- Senior Secondary (10+2) Certificate and Detailed Mark Sheet.
- Haryana Resident / Domicile Certificate.
- Caste / Category Certificate (SC/ST/BCA/BCB/EWS/PwD), if applicable.
- Character Certificate from the school/college last attended.
- Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN/Passport).
- Physical presence of the candidate is compulsory for verification at UHSR Rohtak.
