RPSC Vice Principal ITI Result 2026, Interview Shortlist Out

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the result preamble and cut-off marks for the Vice Principal / Superintendent (ITI) Competitive Examination 2024. In a notice dated 3 September 2026, the commission declared 111 candidates provisionally qualified for the interview after checking their eligibility. Cut-offs for other categories and sub-categories are given in the official notice. Roll numbers marked “P” in the list are provisional, and their eligibility will be decided after document checking.

How to Check the RPSC ITI Interview Shortlist

1. Visit rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in/results.
2. Find the notice “Result Preamble and Cut-off Marks – Vice Principal/Superintendent (ITI) Competitive Exam 2024”.
3. Open the PDF and search your roll number.
4. Check the cut-off table and the instructions in the preamble.

Detailed Application Form (DAF)

RPSC asks shortlisted candidates to fill a Detailed Application Form and submit it with self-attested copies of their documents within the time given in the notice. The DAF is used to verify eligibility before the interview. Candidates who do not submit the DAF on time can lose their candidature. Typical documents include:

• Degree in engineering or the qualification required for the post, with mark sheets
• Experience certificates, where experience is part of eligibility
• Proof of date of birth (Class 10 certificate)
• Caste, EWS, PwD or other reservation certificates in the Rajasthan Government format
• Rajasthan domicile certificate, where required

Interview Preparation

The interview panel will look at your technical knowledge, management ability and understanding of vocational training. Be ready to discuss how ITIs work, the role of a Vice Principal or Superintendent in running an institute, trade testing, apprenticeship schemes, the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) framework, Skill India programmes and placement of trainees. Questions on Rajasthan’s industries and skill needs are also common.

Rajasthan service rules also require a working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture, which may come up during the interview.

If Your Roll Number Is Not in the List

Compare your marks with the cut-off of your category when RPSC releases individual marks. Candidates whose eligibility could not be confirmed may also have been left out, so read the preamble for the reasons RPSC gives. The commission may issue a revised list if any shortlisted candidate is found ineligible. Keep watching the results page, and use your marks to plan for the next technical education recruitment.

How the Final Result Is Made

RPSC prepares the final merit list from the written exam and interview marks as per the rules of the service, subject to document verification. The final list is then sent to the department, which issues appointment orders after medical and police verification.
