Seat Matrix Release: MCC has published the official Round-2 vacancy lists for NEET UG All India Quota (15%), Deemed, Central Universities, and ESIC medical colleges. A total of 659 newly added seats across MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing have been introduced into the seat pool. This is the vacancy matrix, not the allotment result.

Understanding the Three Matrices Released
- Newly Added Seats (659 Seats): Additional medical/dental colleges and enhanced seat capacities approved by NMC/DCI for inclusion in Round 2.
- Clear Vacancies: Seats where allotted candidates in Round 1 chose not to join or resigned within the permitted resignation window.
- Virtual Vacancies: Seats occupied by Round 1 candidates who have opted for seat upgradation in Round 2. These seats become available only if the incumbent candidate is successfully upgraded.
Guardrail Note: The vacancy matrices represent available seats for choice filling. Candidates must fill and lock fresh choices; Round-1 choices will not carry over automatically.
