Critical Scope Guardrail: This revised admit card release is strictly for the 2,445 candidates who were assigned to iON Digital Zone Sitapura, Jaipur (Centre Codes TC 41682 and TC 41683) and experienced disruption due to power failure. It is not an all-India re-issue for other NEET PG test-takers.

How Affected Candidates Can Download Revised Admit Card
- Visit NBEMS official web portal at natboard.edu.in.
- Navigate to the NEET PG examination tab.
- Log in with your existing User ID and Password.
- Check the updated admit card displaying the designated re-examination centre in Jaipur.
- Download and print fresh color copies. Candidates must carry the newly issued revised hall ticket to the exam venue on 05 September.
Advisory: Candidates outside the Sitapura Jaipur centre cannot access or require a revised admit card. Bring original government photo ID and the revised printed pass to the examination hall.
