Eligibility & Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) pass certificate with passing marks in Mathematics and English conducted by any recognized Board of School Education.
- Compulsory Local Language: The applicant must have studied the local language (at least up to 10th standard) as a compulsory or elective subject for the applied circle.
- Age Criteria: 18 to 40 years as on closing date. Standard relaxations apply for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PwD candidates.
- Other Prerequisites: Knowledge of cycling and basic computer knowledge (training certificate or self-declaration as applicable).
Application Procedure
- Go to the official engagement portal at indiapost.gov.in/gdsonlineengagement.
- Complete Stage 1: Registration with active mobile number and email ID.
- Pay the Rs. 100/- application fee (all female, SC, ST, and PwD candidates are exempt).
- Log in to Stage 3: Choose your Postal Circle, Division, and post preferences in order of priority.
- Upload scanned photograph (up to 50 KB) and signature (up to 20 KB) in JPG/JPEG format.
- Verify and submit before 21 September 2026 at 5:00 PM.
